OLD LEAKE PARISH COUNCIL
The next meeting of the Parish Council will take place on Wednesday 8th December 2021 at Old Leake Community Centre
Prior to the meeting there will be a Public Forum commencing at 7 pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, after which Parish Council business will be conducted. The Council meeting will commence at 7.15pm or at the closure of the public forum – whichever is the sooner.
This notice summons all members of the Council to attend from 7.00pm or submit their apologies to the Clerk at the earliest opportunity.
Members of the public and press are welcome.

- Opening Comments from the Chairman
- Apologies for absence and reasons given
- Declarations of interest in accordance with 2011 Localism Act
- To note reports from representatives of outside bodies
- To note CCTV requests
- To receive a report from the Recreational Area Working Group, including Washdyke Lane CCTV installation, playground inspections, consider proposed expenditure based on RoSPA report and quote from Kompan, resolve actions and budget
- Draft notes of the meeting held on 10th November resolution to adopt
- To set a maximum budget to request land registry documentation regarding ownership of the land the MUGA is situated on at Old Main Road
- Resolution to approve payment of accounts
- Highway Matters: items requiring maintenance / repair.
a) To note the new 40 mph speed limit on the A52 and resolve expenditure for 4 x white verge gates with 40 mph incorporated in them
b) To note the update regarding the reactive speed sign location on Station Road to collect information regarding matters of concern regarding pedestrians and school children
- Planning Matters:
a) Application No: B/21/0428 Change of use from agricultural to glamping site to include the siting of 11no, accommodation units and a site managers office at land off Common Side Road *Planning applications received after the distribution date of this agenda may be considered at this meeting*
- To consider the second draft budget proposal for 2022 – 23 and set the precept
- To note general correspondences not addressed on this agenda & respond if required
- To set the date and time of the next meeting
