1. Election of the Chair – Receive signed declaration of acceptance of office
2. To hand over the sealed envelope containing passwords relating to the operation of the administration of the Parish Council.
3. Election of Vice-Chair – Receive signed declaration of acceptance of office
4. Public Forum
To resolve to suspend the meeting for a maximum of 15 minutes, unless directed by the Chair. To allow members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to the Council.
5. To receive and accept apologies and approve reasons for absence
6. To receive reports from representatives on outside bodies:

7. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for dispensations
8. Minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 08 April 2026 to be approved and signed as the minutes
9. To review and adopt the Council’s Standing Orders
10. To review and adopt the Council’s Financial Regulations
11. To review the renewal of the Insurance Policy
12. To appoint members to represent the Council on outside organisations/community groups for 2026/27

a. To authorise payments and note any income received since the last meeting
b. To receive and approve bank reconciliation and up to date budget figures to the end of April 2026
c. To discuss moving from Natwest to Lloyds and reviewing the bank mandate
d. To confirm regular payments from the Council’s bank account
19. To note CCTV updates and image requests
20. To receive a report from the Recreational Area Working Group, resolve actions and expenditure for issues raised:
