You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Old Leake Parish Council, which will be held on Wednesday 11th February commencing at 7:00 pm at Old Leake Community Centre. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda. If you are unable to attend, please notify me of your apology.
 
There will be a Public Forum commencing at 7:00pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. After which Parish Council business will be conducted. The Parish Council meeting will commence at 7:15pm or at the closure of the Public Forum, whichever is the sooner.

23. Internal Audit:
a. To consider and resolve the appointment of LALC as Internal Auditor
b. To agree the term of appointment, including whether to enter into a two-year agreement to secure pricing 
24. To consider the LALC annual subscription and the LALC annual training scheme 
25. To consider and resolve the adoption and use of Scribe accounting software for the Council’s financial management from 1 April 2026
26. To review and approve the insertion of statutory monetary values in Standing Orders (Items 15b(ii), 15b(xv) and 18a(v)) and to adopt the amended Standing Orders
27. To review and approve the insertion of agreed monetary values in Financial Regulations (Sections 5 and 6), remove bracketed model wording, and adopt the amended Financial Regulations
28. To consider the council’s statutory re-enrolment obligations under automatic enrolment legislation, the appointment of a pension scheme provider, and the payroll provider’s quoted one-off re-enrolment administration fee of £150 + VAT.
