a) To consider the offer of a 10-year loan of £27,600.00 at 5.5% interest to upgrade remaining footway lighting to LED reducing the annual electricity bill and carbon footprint.
b) Consider a reduced loan term.
c) Consider a reduced interest rate
d) Consider the option of asset transfer of lighting stock to OLPC
e) Consider budget implications
f) Resolve action
