The next meeting of the Parish Council will take place on

Wednesday 28th October 2020

Old Leake Community Centre

 

Prior to the meeting there will be a Public Forum commencing at 7 pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, after which Parish Council business will be conducted. The Council meeting will commence at 7.15pm or at the closure of the public forum – whichever is the sooner.

This notice summons all members of the Council to attend from 7.00pm or submit their apologies to the Clerk at the earliest opportunity.

Members of the public and press are welcome.

  3. Declarations of interest in accordance with 2011 Localism Act
  4. To note report from Police Liaison Officer
  5. Update from Michelle Cound, Village Community Development Worker
  6. To note reports from representatives of outside bodies
  7. To note CCTV requests & request for community centre to have access to equipment
  8. To accept the playgrounds & Enos Wood monthly check sheets and action any repairs
  9. Draft notes of the meeting held on 9th September 2020 resolution to adopt
  10. Resolution to approve payment of accounts
  11. Highway Matters: items requiring maintenance / repair.
    1. Request from a resident to address HGV using single track road and liaise with LCC
  12. Planning Matters: Applications:
    1. Application No: B/20/0326. Siting of 2 additional holiday lodges at Land at Iceni House, Cowbroads Lane, Old Leake Commonside, Boston, PE22 9QZ.
    2. Application No:B/20/0307, two storey rear extension at Glendale, Chapel Road
  13. To note the completion of the Annual Audit and resolve any actions if required
  14. To consider the following policies and resolve adoption of the policies
    1. Environmental Policy

  15. To consider the new website and content and resolve to make public
  16. To note the information from Boston Borough Council and the Old Main Road MUGA and resolve action if required.
  17. To consider broadband options to allow for hybrid (in person + ZOOM) Parish Council meetings and resolve action
