Prior to the meeting there will be a Public Forum commencing at 7.15 pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, after which Parish Council business will be conducted. 

The Council meeting will commence at 7.30 pm or at the closure of the public forum – whichever is the sooner.

This notice summons all members of the Council to attend from 7.15 pm or submit their apologies to the Clerk at the earliest opportunity.

Members of the public and press are welcome.

a)   Co-Op building status

6.   To note CCTV updates & image requests 

a.   To consider the quotes for 2 ANPR cameras at the Community Centre and resolve action

7.   To consider the report from Kompan regarding repairs. Resolve action

8.   To receive a report from the Recreational Area Working Group, resolve actions and expenditure for issues raised in the reports:

9.   Draft notes of the meeting held on 8 June 2022 resolution to adopt

a.   Receive issues requiring maintenance / repair

b.   To consider the reactive seed sign costs, resolve number of units to purchase and location.

c.   To note updates regarding Station Road school bus hard standing

13.   To consider the footway lighting repair on School Lane and resolve action

14.   To consider an additional donation requested from St Mary’s Church for grounds maintenance and resolve expenditure
